Pamela Shand's Biography

• Pamela Shand serves as Office Manager for the Governor’s Office of Economic Recovery and the Communications Division of the Governor’s Office. As Office Manager she maintains the day-to-day operations for both divisions. Ms. Shand has been with the Governor’s Office for over 4 years, having previously worked in the Constituent Services Division. Ms. Shand's prior experience includes managing three CSBG contracts for the Arizona Community Action Association, in an effort to promote the food stamp program and farmer's markets in Arizona's low-income communities. She is responsible for bringing to Arizona the Arizona Self Help Website (www.arizonaselfhelp.org), an online pre-screening tool for Arizona residents to determine if they qualify for a variety of low-income programs. Ms. Shand has over 20 years of combined office administration and program management experience with non-profit organizations, state government, and educational institutions.
