Dina Martinez's Biography

• Dina Martinez serves as Grant Management Analyst for the Governor’s Office of Economic Recovery (GOER).  Ms. Martinez coordinates grant performance, evaluation, reporting and management efforts for federal grants allocated to the State of Arizona from the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA).  Prior to joining GOER, she served in the Economics Development and Marketing Department at the City of Goodyear.   Dina has over 15 years of professional work experience, to include owning and operating her own business.  Ms. Martinez was raised in New Jersey where she attended Rutgers University, go Scarlet Raiders!
